The vision of the modern desk chair. The combination of classic furniture and modern design fits a new scenario such as remote working.
The LD Executive Chair was designed to fit the new trend of working from home. The materials and color palettes were chosen to harmonize with the home decor and not have an industrial look like most office chairs. The padding envelops the body, and the adjustable armrests provide excellent comfort and reduce fatigue during long hours of work. The chair legs are wide and have leg rests to ensure the chair’s stability on various surfaces such as carpets, rugs, or hardwood floors.
Inspiration
The design is inspired by timeless classics such as the Eames chair.
Process
Sketch Phase began by understanding the main lines of classic chair design and interpreting them into modern, continuous surfaces that flow and evoke elegance. A mix of finishes such as chrome and polished wood veneer makes it a luxury product.
